Camp Whitman is a traditional children’s summer camp owned and operated by the Presbytery of Geneva, in partnership with the Presbytery of Genesee Valley. Each week during the summer we welcome both area youth for our traditional camp programs as well as youth and adults with developmental disabilities for our specialized Pine Camp program.
Located on the western shores of Seneca Lake, our 117 acre property features hundreds of feet of shoreline, a private pond, meadows, woods, grassy fields, ravines and nature trails. The camp property is well-maintained yet rustic. Campers live in small cabins clustered in units, eat together in a large dining hall, and swim in a pool. Our camp programs are faith-based and include daily Bible-study, songs, and weekly vesper services. In addition, campers participate in a variety of traditional camp activities including: swimming, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, arts & crafts, sports, ropes courses and more.
